Production Steps assuring quality of the end product:

    1.Unload Cassava
    2. Store it in covered inbound stock with FIFO principle
    3. Transport of Cassava on conveyor belt
    4. Cutting out of roots and stems
    5. Soft the dry peels out, separate dirt and sand
    6. Wash Cassava with clean rain water to remove remaining dirt and loose soil

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     



    14. Put the cleaned Tapioca blend in the centrifuge to separate the Tapioca powder from water
    15. Dry the wet Tapioca powder with† hot air
    16. Separate the fine Tapioca powder through sieving
    17. Run the Tapioca powder through a magnet to remove metal substances that can damage machinery or contaminate the product
    18. Fill Tapioca in Kaset Brand sacks, ready for market
     





















     

     


     

     

    7. Cutting out of remaining roots
    8. Cut Cassava in small pieces
    9. Smash the smell Cassava pieces in a blender
    10. Mix the smashed Cassava with water to wash the Tapioca powder out
    11. Run the mixture through a magnet to remove metal substances that can damage machinery or contaminate Tapioca
    12. Run the mixture through three stages of filtration units to separate the sediments from the Tapioca blend
    13.3 times repetition of filtration process combined with two passes through the magnet unit
